Dein Profil
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Psychologie sowie Wirtschafts-, Sozial- oder Rechtswissenschaften, idealerweise mit dem Schwerpunkt Human Resources
- Mindestens 10 Jahre Berufserfahrung im operativen und strategischen HR-Bereich
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse im deutschen Arbeits- und Betriebsverfassungsrecht
- Hohe Beratungskompetenz und Auffassungsgabe sowie die Fähigkeit, sich schnell in die Prozesse und Anforderungen der betreuten Business-Bereiche einzuarbeiten
- Ausgeprägtes Organisations- und Koordinationstalent sowie ein überzeugendes Auftreten
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
