This person will handle administrative duties including but not limited to : Calendar Management, Mail room, print room, hospitality services.
Looking for a detailed oriented candidate who is personable and polished.
Legal / hospitality experience is a plus. There won't be extensive lifting, standing or walking.
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs. The client’s name varies - this position covers multiple client locations.
The candidate will have the opportunity to become perm after 320 hours worked.
There is no main address. The area is Miami / FTL Florida.
This position will cover multiple client sites.
There will be free parking available and / or the ability to validate or reimburse for parking.
