Duties :
- Conduct legal research and analysis.
- Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Investigate claims and gather evidence.
- Prepare and respond to written discovery requests.
- Take and defend depositions of witnesses.
- Manage expert witnesses and interact with them effectively.
- Represent clients in court hearings and proceedings.
- Handle all aspects of motion practice, including drafting and arguing motions.
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients.
Requirements :
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Active Ohio law license.
- 1-5 years of experience practicing in state and federal courts.
- Strong research and writing skills.
- Excellent oral advocacy abilities.
- Experience conducting discovery and depositions.
- Familiarity with managing expert witnesses.
- Proficiency in motion practice.
Education :

Certifications :
