Coordinate and monitor the delivery of services, including therapy, medical care, and support servicesAdvocate for patients' rights and ensure their needs are met throughout their rehabilitation journeyProvide education and support to patients and their familiesQualificationsWhat you will need : Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field preferred (e.
