About the Role :
Wereon the hunt for a dynamic Senior ProjectManager to join the hive on behalf of our clients.This role focuses on managing environmental projects with a strongfoundation in Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs)and technical report writing.
The ideal candidate will haveexperience in environmental engineering project management andassessments. If youre passionate about environmental complianceassessments and project management we want to meet you!
Your Mission :
- Create and update project proposals for variousgeographies ensuring accuracy and alignment with clientneeds.
- Manage environmental projects includinggroundwater monitoring to ensure regulatory compliance and projectspecifications are met.
- Conduct fieldinvestigations and serve as the lead report writer and seniorauthor for Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments(ESA).
- Oversee assessments related to asbestoslead paint mold and indoor air quality.
- Analyzereports maps and drawings to assess soil composition terrain andother topographical data for project planning anddesign.
- Prepare cost estimates proposals andmanage project budgets and schedules to meet financial and temporaltargets.
- Ensure project deliverables meetquality standards and clientexpectations.
- Address and resolve issues duringthe project lifecycle efficiently andeffectively.
- Respond promptly to clientinquiries ensuring high levels of clientsatisfaction.
- Maintain client documents andfiles for tracking purposes and operationalneeds.
- Handle special client requests relatedto typing and billing withprofessionalism.
- Maintain regular attendance toensure project management and teamsupport.
- Adhere to established safetyprocedures and ensure a safe workingenvironment.

- Environmental Project Management : Expertise inmanaging projects including groundwater monitoring environmentalassessments and compliance withregulations.
- Technical Reporting : Skilled inpreparing and authoring Phase I and Phase II Environmental SiteAssessments.
- Client Relations : Ability tomaintain strong client relationships and provide high levels ofcustomer satisfaction.
- Financial & TemporalManagement : Expertise in managing budgets schedules and ensuringproject deliverables meet expectations.
What You Bring :
- Bachelors degree in Engineering EnvironmentalScience Construction Management or a related fieldPreferred.
- 03 years of experience in projectmanagement with a focus on Phase I and Phase II Environmental SiteAssessments Preferred.
- Proven experience inreport writing and managing complex projects from initiation tocompletion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office andproject management software.
- Valid FloridaDrivers License with an acceptable drivingrecord.
- Ability to pass a background check inaccordance with Floridas Jessica LunsfordAct.
- Strong organizational skills ability tomultitask and function in a highstressenvironment.

PhysicalDemands & Work Environment :
