Responsibilities

• Reach out to potential leads consistently to boost sales performance.
• Engage with both buyers and sellers to understand their specific preferences and close deals successfully.
• Prioritize providing exceptional service and advice to clients to foster strong relationships and encourage repeat business.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the local community to address inquiries about properties and neighborhoods.
• Prepare written purchase offers for buyers to streamline the closing process.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work autonomously while maintaining strong interpersonal abilities.
• Possess excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Display a friendly and dependable demeanor.
• Familiarity with MS Office / Google is required.
• Currently hold a real estate agent’s or broker’s license, or in the process of obtaining one.

Compensation

$80,000 - $170,000 yearly
