- Ability to deliver high quality projects using non-traditional / non-formal PMO structure / processes.
- Familiar with managing Water Fall and Agile or Iterative development projects.
- Familiar with managing 3rd party vendors.
- Experience with SmartSheet and Bluebeam
- Ability to earn the respect of the Construction and IT Infrastructure PM team in order to lead efforts, coordinate teams and handle issues and problems effectively in a timely manner.
- Ability to quickly learn and use new complex technical concepts and resolve issues with them in a rapidly changing environment.
- Experience with MS Office Suite, including Power Point, Excel and Visio.
- Ability to be productive in a pet friendly open space seating work environment.
