Overview of the Human Resources Coordinator role :
- Recruiting via job postings and job fairs
- Handle all onboarding paperwork and conduct new hire orientation
- Update employee benefits portals
- Employee relations duties
Preferred Qualifications for the Human Resources Coordinator :
- Minimum three years of Human Resources experience
- Experience with ADP or similar platforms is a big plus!
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
The Human Resources Coordinator role is fully onsite in Saint Joseph, Michigan. Salary : $65,000.00 - $80,000.00
