Environmental Senior Project Manager - Assessment & Remediation

• This position requires overseeing the work of others and management of small and complex projects of various types.
• Environmental Senior Project Managers prepare project proposals and budgets (including complex proposals in response to publicly solicited requests for proposals), lead business development initiatives within their operating group(s), serve as a technical resource to junior staff in their area(s) of expertise, review technical deliverables, invoices, and field reports prepared by junior staff.
• Environmental Senior Project Managers may be required to supervise junior staff directly and if so, will be responsible for maintaining a sufficient workload for all junior staff under their supervision.
• This position requires the ability to independently solve day-to-day problems on projects with limited direction or involvement from executive staff.

Environmental Senior Project Managers are responsible for daily ongoing client interaction, maintaining a client database, and actively participating in business development and client marketing events.

Physical Demands - Work may include climbing : ascending or descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, poles, etc.

You will be required to have close visual acuity. Activities occur inside and outside, and you may be required to wear a respirator and other personal protective equipment.

What We're Looking For

• BS in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Geology or related field required.
• 6+ years of related experience, including progressive responsibility and proven track record of project and people management skills.
• Professional Geologist (PG) or Professional Engineer (PE) license would go a long way.
