Kelly Services is currently seeking for a Sustaining Engineer Data Analyst (HYBRID) for one of our top clients in Milwaukee, WI.

JOB TITLE : Sustaining Engineer Data Analyst (HYBRID)

LOCATION : Milwaukee, WI

DURATION : 12 Months (Temporary / Contract)

PAY RATE : $30 - $35 an hour W2

JOB DESCRIPTION :

Local candidates only because this job needs to be onsite 2 to 3 days a week for sure.

Essential Responsibilities

Works closely with the product engineering owners and technical experts to :

  • Enhance and maintain our field data information system and infrastructure.
  • Develop visualization to monitor, maintain and improve tube quality on the field.
  • Support field data collection, integrity, and mining.
  • Support field data analysis and digital autopsy of X-Ray Tubes in the Installed Base
  • Identify data trends and propose projects to improve customer experience.
  • Provide support for specific customer systems and sites.
  • Collaborate with global teams as needed to perform tasks or share best practices.

Role Summary / Purpose

You will be a key partner to the installed base engineering team in maintaining and enhancing the data information system, compiling, and executing data analysis for the X-Ray Tubes in the Installed Base.

You will develop visualization of field data to help the product engineering owners identify key opportunity for improvement in product quality, service, and field monitoring processes.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Science or related area
  • Three years of experience in software development, data analysis or engineering.

Desired Characteristics

  • Proficient in the following programming languages : Java, Python
  • Competence with SQL database, visualization tools (ie Tableau, Power BI, etc.), Linux and AWS environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, but also to collaborate by listening to various inputs and synthesizing them into actions.
  • Self-starter, results oriented, persistent.
