Your mission, should you choose to accept it, includes :

• Teaming up with administration, medical, and nursing staff to ensure our residents' needs are met.
• Reviewing and improving department policies and procedures.
• Identifying and addressing the social and emotional needs of our residents.
• Providing essential information about financial assistance programs to residents and families.
• Consulting with staff and community agencies to develop effective social service programs. What We're Looking For :
• Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) Degree or in school to complete BSW.
• Prior healthcare experience is a plus!
