The Clinical Operations Manager oversees the daily clinical activities of the healthcare practice ensuring highquality patient care while optimizing operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage clinical staff including hiring training and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to enhance patient care.
- Monitor patient care metrics and outcomes to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.

Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Nursing Health Administration or a related field; Master s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in clinical management or operations within a healthcare setting.

- Knowledge of clinical workflows and healthcare regulations.
