Job Description :

Welcome to Prepare-Bellin's Specialty Perioperative Medicine Clinic. We are looking for a Clinic RN to support Bellin's surgical / procedural patients to get "prepared" for procedures.

Prepare identifies a patient's medical risk and opportunities to optimize them for their procedures. This could be in-clinic visits with our providers and / or database calls directly with patients.

The Clinic Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible and accountable for providing quality professional nursing care to patients and their families and significant others adhering to the WI Nurse Practice Act, Administrative Code of the WI Board of Nursing, and / or appropriate nursing standards governing nursing in the state of practice, the ANA Nursing Scope and Standards of Practice, the ANA Code of Ethics for Nurses and Bellin Health Policies and Procedures.

The responsibility includes providing a safe environment for patients, families, staff, and visitors and working collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary health care team to provide the best outcomes for the patient.

Community involvement and collaboration is encouraged.

Qualifications :

Associate Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred

Current RN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the State of Wisconsin upon hire

Minimum of one year RN experience required.
