Solutions Consultant

Our client, a software company located in Boston, is seeking a Solutions Consultant to join their team for 4 months. The hours for this role are 8 : 30am to 5pm and it is compensating up to $27 an hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities :

• Prepare and present innovative product demonstrations to clients
• Highlight the use and value of the product to prospective clients
• Use adaptive approaches to facilitate the sales process
• Perform analyses across a spectrum of brands to demonstrate the capabilities and features of the product
• Participate in sales calls and meetings with sales team and prospective clients using insights and a highly consultative approach to the sales process
• Take ownership of continuous improvement and refinement of the pre-sales process to continually improve sales scripts, discovery process and expertise sharing

Qualifications :

• Undergraduate degree, ideally with a liberal arts, business, or marketing concentration
• 2+ years of business experience ideally in a customer-facing, pre-sales capacity
• Prior experience working with data services or analytics software a plus
• Strong grasp of eCommerce industry and interest in learning more about product offering
• Demonstrated critical thinking and analytical abilities
• Deadline driven and able to balance multiple clients' needs at once
• Adaptable, creative and able to thrive in an ever-changing environment
