Our client, a software company in Boston, is seeking a temporary Administrative Assistant to join their team! This role is onsite in Boston, being from 8 : 30am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
The role includes duties such as managing executive level calendars, organizing travel, processing expense reports, and providing other administrative support.
This position does have the potential to turn permanent and is compensating between $34 and $36 hourly depending on experience.

Responsibilities :
- Efficiently manage and coordinate executive calendars across multiple time zones, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Organize domestic and international travel itineraries, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Process and submit expense reports accurately and timely.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for executives, handling inquiries and requests professionally.
- Provide administrative support for various duties and special projects as needed.
Qualifications :
- 3-5 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
