OVERVIEW
Prestige Healthcare Resources Inc (PHRI) is seeking an experienced, proactive, thoughtful team member who can make a substantial and valuable impact to the organization.
We currently provide services to over 1,500 patients in two different states. We are in growth mode and looking to scale to providing care to over 10,000 patients in 5 different states over the next 3 years.
Our focus is advocating and implementing an integrated care model approach to the underserved population undergoing behavioral health related issues.

SUMMARY
The Agency Driver will be responsible for transporting patients, staff, and medical supplies safely and efficiently. This role requires a professional, courteous individual who can navigate various routes and ensure timely arrivals while adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Transport consumers to and from appointments, ensuring a comfortable and safe travel experience.
- Maintain a clean and well-functioning vehicle, performing routine inspections and reporting any maintenance needs.
- Follow all traffic laws and regulations, promoting safety and compliance.
- Assist patients with boarding and disembarking, providing necessary support for those with mobility challenges.
- Maintain accurate records of trips, including mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents.
- Communicate effectively with the healthcare team regarding patient needs and scheduling changes.
- Adhere to confidentiality and HIPAA regulations when handling patient information.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience as a driver, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent navigation skills and familiarity with local roads.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to assist patients with mobility and transportation needs.
- CPR / First Aid certification is a plus.
- Availability within business hours, 8 : 00 am-4 : 30 pm.
Physical demands
Ability to sit for extended periods and assist with lifting patients or equipment as necessary.
Must be able to perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance tasks.
Travel
Within Washington metropolitan area.
