Role Overview :

We are seeking an Associate with 3+ years of commercial real estate experience to join the Real Estate team at our client's Boston office.

The ideal candidate will support a range of transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing. This role demands high-quality client service and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities :

  • Support acquisition, disposition, leasing, and financing transactions.
  • Provide efficient legal service independently and as part of a team.
  • Quickly integrate into the national real estate practice.
  • Deliver the highest quality of client service for a broad range of complex transactions.
  • Dedicate to professional development consistent with an on-track position.
  • Collaborate with team members, working from the office approximately 60% of the time in accordance with the firm's published guidelines.

Skills and Qualifications :

  • JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Admitted or eligible for admission in Massachusetts.
  • Experience representing sophisticated owners and operators of commercial real estate as borrowers, buyers, sellers, and landlords.
  • Familiarity with the full life-cycle of a transaction and ability to review and comment on loan documents, leases, and purchase agreements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professionalism in working and engaging with clients and investors.
  • Ability to prioritize, stay organized, and exercise attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively in team settings.

Location :

  • Boston, Massachusetts.
  • The firm encourages working from the office approximately 60% of the time, following published guidelines.
