Requirements
- Bachelors Degree
- 7 years of experience in Business Developmentor Head of Sales role
- Prior work experience inAfrica is required
- Experience in fullcycle B2Bsales process including onboarding and integration and partnershipmanagement on live accounts.
- ProjectManagement experience advantageous

- Ability to get up to speedquickly see around corners make tough decisions and influencebroadly across the organisation
- Thoroughunderstanding of the FinTech / Cryptocurrency space
- Detailed knowledge of B2B discipline outgoingclient manager professional solid B2B Sales experience and thirdparty distribution channel management
- Experience in sales and business developmentfor the FinTech industry Experience in selling API solutions toaffinity partners
- Ability to partner with theproduct team to migrate use and drive adoption of API features
- Ensure existing and emerging Selling Partnersolutions comply with company acceptable use policies securitystandards and best practices
- Act as atechnical liaison in B2B service engineering teams and businessteams
- Adept at building solutions that drivegrowth.
- Combine deep industry knowledgestrategic thinking and customerfocus with business knowledge toimprove performance.

Responsibilities
- New Business and Partner acquisition(Prospecting qualifying and contractnegotiation.)
- Identify target clients andsegments for our clients platform
- Identify andgenerate new partnerships from start to execution includingcontract negotiation evaluate proposals and drive negotiations withpotential partners
- You will conduct quarterlyreviews with senior leadership present and promote partnerships toensure
- Partner onboarding (Sales &product training)
- Partner management (Pipelineand report accurately each week)
- Partnersuccess (Visit partners / customers / prospects as necessary. Attendlocal events and exhibitions)
- Through success(Achieve and / or surpass revenue targets set)
- Negotiate business terms and dissect contractswith strategic technology partners and coordinate when needed withadministration marketing and legal stakeholders leading to thecompletion of a formal agreement.
- Coordinateand drive new business revenues from Financial Institutions and newaffinity markets
- Identify and build productoffering that adequately meets needs of our clients and theircustomers
- Conduct regular reviews with seniorleadership present and promote partnerships to ensure resourcing isallocated to theirsuccess
