Responsibilities
Client Consultation : Engage with customers to assess their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage.
Sales Generation : Actively prospect and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients.
Policies Review : Conduct thorough reviews of client policies to ensure coverage aligns with their current needs.
Cross-selling : Identify opportunities to offer additional products that complement clients' existing policies.
Customer Service : Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
Documentation : Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and policy details.
Requirement
Licensing : Possess a valid Florida Insurance License.
Experience : Previous experience in insurance sales, customer service, or a related field is advantageous.
Communication Skills : Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients.
