Pay Range : $18-$20 per hour, depending upon experience.

• Making specific outbound calls from a provided list, using an approved script, with the goal of setting up in-person meetings with our client's dedicated specialists.
• Handling inbound calls that may come in due to targeted mail campaigns
• Providing service information on behalf of the client and guiding prospects through the decision-making process
• Following communication scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent messaging
• Accurately recording details of client interactions and results in the call program
• Collaborating with others in the organization to stay up to date on any changes, script adjustments, and overall progress This job might be an outstanding fit if you :
• Have strong Windows-based computer skills
• Are able to type 65 WPM
• Have previous experience in a customer support role (preferred but not required)
• Can assess in real time if the data and contact information is correct and navigate to the right person for the message
• Possess solid listening skills
• Are proficient with multitasking, priority setting, and time management
