Mana Maoli, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, is seeking a full-time Office Manager. The organization’s primary focus is to support Hālau Kū Māna public charter school, Kanehunamoku Sailing Canoe program, and our Maoli Music program.

Duties will include :
- For our federal grant that runs through June 30th, coordinate curriculum development and alignment, assessment and evaluation, professional development support, monitoring, and making modifications as indicated by evaluation measures focused on student performance growth.
- Coordinate meetings with project team.
- Work closely with the Project Director and Accountant to manage the budget and create fiscal reports.
- Other duties as assigned to accomplish grant goals and objectives and the organization's mission.
- Filing, banking, and other clerical duties.
- Assistance with report and grant writing.
- Assistance with oversight of youth interns.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, QuickBooks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to work with a team of people to accomplish grant goals.
Preferred qualifications :
- Background in Hawaiian Culture / Language.
- Experience with developing curriculum.
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
Annual Salary : Starting between $36,500 - $38,500, pending skills and qualifications.
