About the role
We are looking for a passionate Senior Sales Managerwho strives for excellence in a fast-paced work environment. This position reports to ourDirector of Sales and Director of Marketing.
What you will do
Develop accounts (new and existing) by mapping specific business and buying tendencies.
Include group profile for each meeting; maintain organized and professional plan for correspondence and follow up.
Promote awareness to corporate, incentive and association markets via travel to respective regions in the country providing presentations and personal sales calls.
Maintain communication / relationship with the Worldwide Sales Office network for specific assigned region, as well as other Four Seasons hotels toward achieving pre-determined revenue goal.
Promote local awareness through maintaining relationships with convention, visitors bureau and tourism authorities.
Coordinate all sales related activity through the direction of Director of Sales; negotiate contract specifics to achieve maximum profitability.
Excellent knowledge of Golden Sales & Catering account management system.
Conduct all sales related interaction with the highest level of professionalism.
What you bring
Hawaii group sales experience and NE market preferred.
Work from in market remote or on property
With minimum 3 years of experiences in the same or similar capacity
Pleasant personality and Interpersonal skills

- Full time
- The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need.
