Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in a guest services leadership role within the hospitality industry
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills
- Strong customer focus and a genuine passion for providing outstanding service
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Proficiency in hotel management systems and guest service software
