We are hiring a new bilingual (Spanish) loan officer tour team. We are looking to train and mentor someone at the beginning of their mortgage career.
Mentorship and guidance will be provided and we will help you get your start, something most companies are not willing to do.
No Mortgage experience is required, but this person will be required to have at least passed the NMLS PreLicensing test.

Compensation :
$50,000 - $100,000+ yearly
Responsibilities :
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of all required documents from borrowers, loan officers, title companies and other related industry professionals
- Manage a large pipeline of loans to ensure your production meets our requirements
- Counsel borrowers to understand the pros and cons of different loan products to determine which is best for them
- Ensure all phases of the loan process are performed in accordance with regulatory and company guidelines
- Oversee all customer interactions and ensure a smooth transaction by interfacing with realtors, processors, and underwriters
Qualifications :
- Must have passed the NMLS Prelicensing Test
- Must be proficient in English and Spanish
- Prior sales experience required
