A bachelor''s degree in business, social work or another health care-related field is required; a master''s degree in business or social work is preferred.
A minimum of three years of experience in a customer-service related position is required, as is strong communication skills (verbal and written) and excellent interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in the use of computers and various applicable software is essential.
