The very first Fiery Crab Juicy Seafood Restaurant and Bar was established in Lafayette, Louisiana. The concept of Fiery Crab is to serve the freshest seafood Louisiana has to offer, and combine it with bold, juicy (Cajun) flavors.
Each bag of seafood is served piping hot , cooked in one of the Fiery Crab Signature sauces of our guests choosing. Our seafood is boiled in the traditional Cajun style, with a new exciting flare.
You receive your seafood in a heat-proof bag, keeping your food hot and guaranteeing a treat that will have your tastebuds dancing.

Since the launch of its first location, Fiery Crab has expanded into different cities across Louisiana and South Carolina.
Fiery Crab has even bottled its own brand of perfectly prepared sauces to be sold in local grocery stores, bringing a Fiery treat into your home.
As a Restaurant Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of the front-of-house operations to ensure exceptional customer service and dining experiences.
You will lead a team of servers, hosts / hostesses, bartenders, and other front-of-house staff, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.

Duties / Responsibilities :
- Ensuring that our restaurant is fully and appropriately staffed at all times
- Recruit, train, and supervise front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts / hostesses, bartenders, and support staff
- Create and manage employee schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours and special events while optimizing labor costs.
- Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to maintain a motivated and efficient team
- Maintaining operational excellence so our restaurant is running efficiently and effectively
- Work closely with the kitchen team and other department managers to coordinate seamless operations and address any issues or concerns that may arise.
- Ensuring that all laws, regulations, and guidelines are being followed
- Creating a restaurant atmosphere that both patrons and employees enjoy
- Various other tasks as needed
Previous experience as a restaurant manager
- Extensive food and beverage knowledge, and ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff
- Great leadership skills
- Familiarity with restaurant management software
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate a staff
