Finance Analyst (International)

Job Purpose / Summary :

We are looking for a systems driven finance professional to join our team as a Finance Analyst. This role is an exciting opportunity for the right person to come in and support the FP&A function within the International Finance Team at Tyson International.

It is a perfect opportunity to develop your finance skills across a multinational business, engaging with business partnering, reporting, system configurations and much more.

This is a perfect opportunity for someone with 1-2 years entry level experience within Finance who is now looking to develop their skillset within a global business environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Lead the periodic reporting cycles (weekly, monthly) & support with the Quarterly business planning Consolidate periodic results Enhance financial reporting dashboards Own the reporting models through PBI / Anaplan Compose commentaries for business drivers to be shared with the ELT.

Data loads and reconciliations between corporate systems for group submission

• Accountability for SG&A reporting across the group Function / Expense type analysis
• Supporting go-live activities across multiple systems / platforms (Anaplan, Master Data Hierarchy development)
• Business partner with global BUs, supporting the regional finance teams to deliver on targets and guide them through the routine reporting requirements.
• Developing and owning Data visualization across the business through insightful dashboards, KPIs and reporting
• Continuous improvement. Identifying and delivering the ongoing change agenda and continuous improvement initiatives to keep finance ahead of the business’ expansion and growth
• Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators. Identifying areas of growth with hands on data management and analysis
• Confident, willing to learn, a team player, can build remote networks

Requirements :

• Fully qualified accountant, ideally CIMA / ACA / ACCA or equivalent is also considered.
• 1-2 years finance experience
• Have previous knowledge of developing and implementing effective financial and performance reporting
• Team player with exemplary interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask, work under time constraints
• High level of personal integrity
• Strong Excel and data handling skills
• Previous experience of developing PowerBI models Dax coding experience is preferred
