Responsibilities :
- Develop, review, and implement accurate forecasts for financial, production, and strategic planning processes.
- Identify risks and opportunities to the business plan and alert Management.
- Drive continuous improvement of demand planning and inventory management processes.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance partners in forecast development.
- Monitor performance versus forecast, analyzing variations to minimize stock issues.
- Interact with supply planning partners to address forecast deviations.
- Manage the product catalogue, analyzing SKU effectiveness and guiding rationalization.
- Drive action plans to reduce excess and obsolete inventory.
- Monitor new launches and animations versus forecast, issuing assessments.
- Participate in pre-budget / budget processes.
- Provide monthly reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of demand planning or related experience.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills required.
- Experience working with forecast software systems preferred.
- Experience working within an SAP environment a plus.
- Experience in Microsoft applications, report building a plus.
