Shift : 2 : 30pm-11 : 00pm

Your Role : RN Supervisor
As an RN Supervisor, you'll be a key player in maintaining our high standard of patient care. Your responsibilities will include :
- Collaborating with the DON and ADON to oversee daily Nursing Department operations, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Guiding nursing staff to excel in their roles.
- Participating in government agency facility surveys, supporting the DON and ADON.
- Conducting regular rounds to uphold nursing standards.
Qualifications :
- Active RN License in Florida.
- Minimum of 2 years of progressive nursing experience in long-term care, with managerial exposure.
- Leadership expertise and excellent communication skills.
