We are in search of a Seasonal Sales Assistant to join our team in Torrance, California. As a Sales Assistant, you will be involved in various aspects of our sales operations, from handling order entries to supporting our sales divisions.
This role offers an opportunity to engage with different sales platforms and retail partners, navigate through sales-related administrative tasks, and gain experience in a dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities :
- Accurately process and handle orders received through various channels, ensuring all details are correct
- Maintain and update records of sales orders and returns
- Utilize Microsoft 365 and other systems for efficient order processing
- Assist in managing and supporting sales activities across multiple divisions to ensure smooth operations and coordination
- Contribute to the management of e-commerce operations, including order processing and coordination with various online sales platforms and retail partners
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth order processing and to address any issues or discrepancies
- Assist with other administrative tasks related to sales as needed
- Maintain accurate customer credit records
- Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently
- Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.
- Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services
- Experience with Concur software
- Knowledge and experience in CRM usage
- Familiarity with Crystal Reports
- Proficiency in data processing
- Experience with About Time software
- Ability to answer inbound calls efficiently
- Understanding of buying processes
