SALES MANAGER
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Organize and plan the marketing efforts in the store and throughout the community
- Sell at a high level in order to achieve monthly sales goals and growth objectives
- Maintain the image of the showroom floor, counter area, backroom, and restrooms
- Ensure all merchandise is priced correctly and properly displayed
- Directly manage the CSR’s and DT’s and follow up that all order forms have been processed, references, and customer information is properly inputted into the computer system
- Answer phones in a friendly and professional manner and provide excellent customer service
- Manage web leads and Facebook account for the store
- Take proper payments from customers and update information in the computer
- Other tasks as assigned by management; including, but not limited to filling in for other positions as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
- Neat, professional appearance
- Well organized, ability to multitask, good computer skills
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Patience and empathy
- Effective communication, customer service and problem solving skills
- Class E License within 30 days of hire
- Must be at least 18 years old, good driving record, able to pass a background check and drug test (marijuana excluded)
- High School diploma or equivalency preferred, but not required
- Able to lift, load, and dolly merchandise
