As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Sr. Revenue Operations Manager to join our Finance & Operations team out of the Office of the COO.

Role Overview :

As the Sr. Revenue Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and go-to-market (GTM) effectiveness at data.

world. This is a hands-on, individual contributor position, where you will leverage your deep expertise in Sales Operations and Salesforce to implement and optimize processes that align with our revenue goals.

You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships, and other cross-functional teams to ensure that our GTM operations are efficient, scalable, and data-driven.

At data.world, you will :

Salesforce Optimization : Continuously assess and enhance our Salesforce architecture, ensuring it aligns with the evolving needs of the business.

Lead the technical implementation and day-to-day operations of Salesforce, driving adoption and rigor across the GTM organization.

  • Data & Reporting Management : Define, maintain, and improve our data, analytics, and reporting foundation. Provide visibility into business performance and create actionable insights to support decision-making across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
  • Sales Planning & Forecasting : Support annual planning cycles, including setting goals, refining coverage models, and designing territories.

Lead weekly forecasting and pipeline reviews, ensuring data accuracy and alignment with business objectives.

GTM Process Optimization : Identify and deploy new operational processes to improve sales productivity and operational efficiency.

Ensure rigorous adoption of processes such as pipeline hygiene, account ownership, and discounting.

Customer Success Operations Support : Collaborate closely with the Customer Success team to optimize CS operations, focusing on processes that drive customer retention, satisfaction, and expansion.

Implement and maintain tools and dashboards that provide visibility into customer health, renewal forecasts, and account growth opportunities.

Familiarity with Gainsight or similar Customer Success platforms is a strong plus.

Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with Finance, Sales, Marketing, Product, and other teams to execute strategic and operational projects.

Collaborate on initiatives aimed at increasing sales efficiency, lead generation, and customer retention.

Tool Evaluation & Implementation : Research and recommend tools that enhance scalability and optimize sales activities.

Lead efforts to integrate new technologies that drive operational excellence.

We'd love to see :

  • Experience : 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations, preferably within a high-growth SaaS or enterprise software environment targeting Fortune 5000 companies.
  • Salesforce Expertise : Proven experience as a Salesforce.com Administrator, with a strong track record of leading Salesforce improvement efforts.

Ability to converge system capabilities with optimal internal processes.

  • Analytical Skills : Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to independently identify problems, propose solutions, and execute those solutions.
  • GTM Metrics Proficiency : Fluency in core GTM metrics, including CAC, ROI, conversion ratios, and other efficiency metrics.

Ability to translate data into actionable insights that drive growth.

  • Process Optimization : Demonstrated experience in refining and deploying sales processes that improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Collaborative Mindset : Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other teams to achieve shared goals.
  • Prioritization & Decision-Making : Strong prioritization skills with a focus on high-impact activities. Ability to make data-driven decisions and communicate big-picture opportunities effectively.
  • Tool Proficiency : Advanced spreadsheet skills and quick adoption of new sales technologies. Comfort and aptitude for learning new tools.
  • Mindset : A positive, energetic, and pragmatic approach with a "roll up your sleeves" mentality.
