Title : Civil Litigation Attorney

Location : Castle Rock, CO, onsite

Compensation : $95,000 - $150,000

Position Description :

Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Litigation Associate Attorney to join their team. The ideal

candidate will have at least 3 years of experience, be comfortable in court, and able to handle cases from

inception to end.

Requirements :

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Admitted to the Colorado Bar and in good standing.

Lives near or willing to relocate to Castle Rock area.

A minimum of three years of experience in civil litigation.

Proven experience with discovery, trials, depositions, drafting pleadings, dispositive motions, and client

communication.

Strong research, writing, and communication skills.

Responsibilities :

Engage in complex civil litigation, including civil rights disputes, Title IX cases, and federal and state

constitutional issues.

Conduct discovery, take depositions, and draft pleadings and dispositive motions.

Interface effectively with clients and opposing counsel.

Perform thorough research and exhibit excellent writing and communication skills.

Collaborate with a dedicated paralegal and support staff

Work closely with team members and clients to achieve the best possible results.

Billable Hours : 1400 billable hour requirement.

Salary : $95,000- $150,000 Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
