We are seeking a Medical Laboratory Technologist II, Technical Specialist in the Norcross / Atlanta area. This role is a direct hire and ensures a strong GMP environment in a dynamic manufacturing / quality setting.
What you get to do :
- Ensure lab alignment with antisera qualification.
- Author SOPs, OJTs, and training documentation.
- Record and review test results and laboratory documents.
- Participate in internal audits and special projects (e.g., Surveys, Validations).
- Perform Antisera Qualification duties.
- Conduct technical reviews of laboratory documents.
- Train and assess lab personnel.
- Maintain accurate records following cGMP standards.
- Adhere to SOPs, OSHA, and cGMP regulations.
- Understand FDA and ISO standards.
- Communicate effectively within and across departments.
- Support metric implementation and performance.
- Participate in SOP review and revisions.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in medical technology, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- MT(ASCP) or equivalent certification preferred.
- 1-3 years of Blood Banking experience.
- 1+ years in a regulated / GMP environment.
- Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Salray range : 68k to 70K
