Job Description :
- 4 years of experience in Electrical HarnessRouting Design Concept integrating CPI (Continuous ProcessImprovements) in heavy equipment domain
- Handson experience on Creo Schematic / diagram Part design Assembly Groupand Arrangement.
- Utilize Creo to create highlyintegrated designs within the machine platforms
- Good experience in verification of harness design rulesIllustration drawings and layout preparation.
- Have knowledge on Electrical systems and able tounderstand Schematics / Circuit design.
- GoodKnowledge on components used for wiring harness design. (Wire typesand its selection Fuses Relays Controllers connectors coveringssupport clips etc.)
- Knowledge on sheet metaldesign and automotive wire harness manufacturing process is addedadvantage.
- Should be ready to work on multipleharness and schematic development tools.
- Should be able to interact with customers and providesolutions.
- Working on creating a comparisonconcept between current and existing design to check clearance andfinalize design
- Strong problemsolving skillsand attention to detail.
- Creation of CN andrelease the CN for Teamcenter activity
- StrongInterpersonal & communication skills.
BasicQualifications :
- Bachelorsdegree in an Electrical Engineering or Mechanical plus
- 4 years of ElectroMechanical engineering experience withCreo CAD Software and PLM
- Knowledge of NPIprocess
