Job Title : Construction Project Coordinator

A fully integrated real estate development firm is seeking a Project Coordinator to join its in-house construction team. This position will support multifamily and commercial projects and work closely with project managers to manage coordination and accounting responsibilities.

This is an in-office role, based in North Houston .

Key Responsibilities :

  • Prepare and submit monthly draw packages
  • Manage subcontractor billing, invoicing, and payments
  • Process and input data into Timberscan / Titanium systems
  • Reconcile lien notices and manage project closeouts (retainage payments, warranties, final documents)
  • Maintain subcontractor records (W-9s, insurance, lien releases)
  • Set up new projects and handle contract / purchase order management
  • Track and update contracts, purchase orders, change orders, and plan logs
  • Collaborate with project managers on payment applications, insurance, and invoices
  • Support budgeting, cost reporting, and other administrative tasks

Qualifications :

  • 3+ years of experience in construction
  • Accounting and construction administration experience preferred
  • Experience with systems like Timberline, Intacct, GC Pay, Timberscan, or Procore
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
