Description
Purpose
The Business Systems Data Analyst. Reviews, analyzes and evaluates user needs to create systems solutions that support overall business strategies and operational effectiveness through automation.
Essential Duties / Responsibilities to be performed with or without accommodation
- Develops and documents system requirements, defines scope and objectives, creates system specifications that drive system development and implementation.
- Develops a good understanding of the business’s model, objectives, issues and challenges by interacting and collaborating with users and stakeholders.
- Incumbents function as a liaison between IT and users and have both business and technical expertise.
- On-Site role in Overland Park Office : Regular attendance is a requirement of this job

Exempt Level Position : Education Required Bachelor’s Degree in Related Field / Or Equivalent Work Experience
- 2-4 years of experience (Intermediate Level)
- Bachelors in Related Field / Or Equivalent Work Experience

- Moderate noise (business office with computers, phone, printers, light traffic)

- Regularly required to sit, stand, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard and telephone
- Specific vision abilities include close vision requirements due to computer work
Preferred Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience with demonstrated advancement of skills
- Bachelor or Master’s degree
o Focused in Data Analysis, Business Analysis, Business Management or related Field
- Experience in financial services industry and or trust services
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to communicate both verbally and written to all levels of key stakeholders
- Strong Time Management skills and follow through
- Strong client servicing skills and ability to work with all levels of key stakeholders
