Requirements

You Might Be the Perfect Fit if You :

• Hold the necessary credentials for a Lead Teacher in Georgia, which include the ability to pass a background check, a high school diploma or GED, relevant experience in a licensed childcare center, alongside one of the following : a CDA, a TCC in various early childhood education specialties, a TCD or any college Degree in ECE or Child Development.
• Have genuine empathy and understanding of children's needs and development.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exhibit flexibility and adaptability to meet community needs and respond to changing circumstances.
• Capable of meeting the physical demands of working with children.
