What We're Looking For
We’re seeking a professional with 1-2 years of relevant experience who is highly organized and detail-oriented. You should be familiar with basic administrative tasks, eager to learn, and ready to grow with us over time.
Candidates with an interest in creative technology, digital marketing, or web design are encouraged to apply, though these are not required.
Above all, we value the ability to follow instructions and ensure accuracy from day one.
New Business Development
- Attend new business calls and review recordings to extract actionable insights.
- Draft proposals in response to new business inquiries.
- Manage the deal pipeline, tracking the status of leads and opportunities.
- Maintain deal metadata, including budgets, sources, and attributions.
- Follow up on leads and ensure timely communication with potential clients.
- Produce weekly sales scorecards and performance reports.
- Support RFP submissions and proposal preparation.
- Handle MSA and SOW issuance, coordinating Docusign processes.
Administrative Assistance
- Assist in the transition from new business to execution by preparing project briefs.
- Coordinate project kick-offs by ensuring team alignment and facilitating client connections.
- Manage invoicing and contract signing for new team members.
- Support the day-to-day operational needs of the sales and project teams.
Marketing Support
- Assist in preparing case study slides for decks and presentations.
- Publish case studies on the company website and platforms like Webflow Experts, Behance, and Dribbble.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
- 1-2 years of experience in operations, sales support, or administrative roles.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions with precision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a focus on delivering quality work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
