Join Our Team as a Telecommunications Tower Technician!

Capital Tower & Communications, Inc. is seeking a New to the industry Telecommunications Tower Technician to join our team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in the construction, installation, and maintenance of telecommunications towers and equipment
- Climb towers to perform installations and repairs
- Perform equipment inspections and troubleshoot technical issues
- Follow safety guidelines and protocols at all times
Qualifications :
- No previous industry experience required - we are seeking motivated individuals eager to learn and grow in the telecommunications field
- Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions
- Basic understanding of technical concepts and willingness to learn new skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well in a team environment
