What You Will Do :

Guidehouse has an exciting opportunity in our Defense and Security Segment to support the Department of the Air Force’s core financial accounting and entitlement system.

The Deployment & Training Lead will serve as a focal point for delivering numerous deployment and training support for the Air Force’s financial accounting and entitlement system.

The individual will provide a variety of support including to relevant CCMDs, Major Commands, and Space Force Field Commands around the country.

The Individual will regularly interact with senior government officials, staff, and will be engaged in a diverse set of program-specific tasks related to the Department's financial accounting and entitlement system.

The individual should possess knowledge of end-user and instructor-led training and a willingness to be flexible in supporting numerous work products and deliverables.

What You Will Need :

An ACTIVE and CURRENT SECRET federal security clearance

Bachelor's Degree -OR- FOUR (4) years of relevant experience

TEN (10) or more years of experience within the DoD or Federal Government (advanced degree and / or professional certification may be substituted for equivalent years of experience)

Experience leading teams, in IT system f ielding, application end-user training and expertise in Air F orce f inancial management policies, processes and procedures speci f ically in using Defense Enterprise Accounting and Management System (DEAMS) application

Experience developing training programs, materials, SOPs, and other standardized approaches to training large and diverse groups of stakeholders

Ability to work independently

Strong written and oral communication skills

Exceptional customer service skills

Strong time-management and prioritization skills

Ability to communicate applicable technical subject matter expertise to management and others

What Would Be Nice To Have :

Working knowledge of DoD and Air Force financial management and systems, processes and procedures

Experience hosting training events

Experience developing instructor-led training courses

Ability to travel (up to 25%)
