We are looking for a dynamic Wholesale Channel Manager to join our team. This pivotal role involves developing and managing relationships with channel partners across North America and strategically driving the sales of our apparel lines through various wholesale channels.

The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with partners, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement effective wholesale strategies to meet sales targets.
  • Manage relationships with existing wholesale partners and distributors.
  • Identify and onboard new channel partners, enhancing market penetration and coverage.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with potential and existing collaborators.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (product, marketing, supply chain) to ensure successful campaign launches and consistent product availability.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Host and attend trade shows, industry events, and meetings to represent the brand and forge fruitful partnerships.
  • Monitor channel performance and report insights to leadership with recommended actions for growth.
  • Coordinate training and development sessions for partners to ensure brand consistency and service excellence.
  • Achieve defined revenue and growth targets within budgetary constraints.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of proven experience in wholesale, channel sales, or business development.
  • Extensive knowledge of the North American fashion retail market.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deals and partnerships.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective relationship management.
  • Ability to travel as required for partner meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite; SAP knowledge is a plus.
  • Results-driven and able to work in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Bilingual abilities in French or Spanish are preferred but not required.
