Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Front Desk Representative to join the team at our North Tonawanda location 25-30 hours per week.
As a Front Desk Representative, you will be our patients' first point of contact. You will greet patients as they arrive, book appointments, answer phone calls, and collect payment information.
The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication and computer skills, and can multitask.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients as they arrive and provide an excellent patient experience
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Assist patients with paperwork, including new patient intake forms
- Maintain a clean and inviting environment
- Provide general customer service and attend to the needs of patients throughout their services.
Qualifications
- One or more years of experience as a receptionist or a similar role is preferred, but willing to train the right individual
- Excellent communication skills with a commitment to customer service
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Familiar with computers and scheduling software (Medent, MindBody, Wellness Living, and Holistic Notes are a plus)
- Excellent multi-tasking skills
- Passion for holistic health
