ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES :
- Create purchase orders and tally these with supply requests and orders
- Analyze invoices to ensure accuracy of goods delivered
- Monitor inventory to ensure the flow of goods remains positive
- Work closely with the project team to understand details of procurement requirements
- Liaise with suppliers and project managers regarding updates and details of goods
- Customer prototype sales order coordination including understanding of customer demand and working with project teams for timing and materials requirements
- Financial tracking for project teams from parts procurement through shipment of prototype sales orders
- Other duties as required to drive success of project teams
QUALIFICATIONS :
- High school diploma required, associates preferred
- 1-2+ years experience in Product Development process flows; 5+ years preferred
- General understanding of principles of parts, drawings, material specifications, quality systems
- Computer skills including Microsoft Office, SAP, Inventory Tracking Systems, Project Management software
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to network globally
- Good written and oral skills
- Ability to manage time and organize effectively with multiple projects
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Good results orientation and strong work ethic
