DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

Deliver Exceptional Customer Service :

Greet guests with a warm smile and friendly demeanor.Handle transactions efficiently and accurately, ensuring a smooth and pleasant checkout experience.

Answer customer questions and provide information about menu items with enthusiasm and knowledge.

Prepare and Serve Quality Products :

Prepare and serve menu items according to Chick-fil-A’s high standards.Ensure all products are fresh, properly prepared, and presented beautifully.

Maintain a Clean and Inviting Environment :

Keep the cashier area and dining room clean, organized, and inviting.Follow all health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.

Team Collaboration :

Work seamlessly with other team members to ensure efficient operations.Support kitchen staff and other crew members as needed to meet guest needs.

Foster a Positive Atmosphere :

Exhibit a positive attitude and contribute to a welcoming, upbeat environment.Engage with guests and fellow team members with kindness and respect.
