What you'll do :
- Drive deals from start to finish : Oversee transactions from LOI to closing, ensuring seamless execution and mitigating legal risks.
- Negotiate with the best : Interact with airlines, banks, aircraft manufacturers, and more, showcasing your exceptional negotiation skills.
- Lead and collaborate : Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external advisors to deliver successful deals.
- Stay ahead of the curve : Stay updated on industry regulations and trends to provide strategic legal advice.
What we're looking for :
- A Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent degree.
- 3-6 years of international legal experience in the aviation leasing industry.
- Strong negotiation, drafting, and analytical skills.
- A collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for aviation and a commitment to excellence.
- Ability to work in our Stamford, CT office 3 days per week.
