KORE1, a nationwide provider of staffing and recruiting solutions, has an immediate opening for "Documentation Specialist / Technical Writer Position Overview : We are seeking a dedicated Business Analyst to join our team, focusing on the documentation and mapping of business processes in Visio.
The ideal candidate will have direct experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, and a proven track record of quickly turning around detailed process maps. Key Responsibilities :
- Document and map business processes using Visio with a focus on PLM and ERP business use.
- Efficiently draft process maps, ensuring quick turnaround times.
- Create detailed Level 2 process maps, highlighting the responsibilities within the process.
- Develop comprehensive Level 3 process maps, focusing on transactional details.
- Collaborate with Data Team to ensure data mapping aligns with business requirements.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in PLM and ERP business process mapping.
- Ability to produce process maps rapidly and accurately.
- Experience in drafting Level 2 and Level 3 process maps.
- Understanding of the IT landscape, particularly in relation to data architecture and requirements gathering.
Additional Information : The Business Analyst will not be responsible for identifying gaps in processes but will focus solely on the documentation aspect.
They will work closely with Data Team members who will handle the data mapping based on the business requirements gathered by the Business Analyst.
