The achievers and courageous challenge-crushers we seek, have the following characteristics and skills : The Product Support Engineer is responsible for providing technical support to customers who use the company's products.

This individual will work closely with customers, product management, and engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, as well as identify and prioritize product improvements.

Roles & Responsibilities : Respond to customer inquiries regarding the company's products via phone, email, or chat.Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to the company's products with a high degree of independence.

Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to the company's products.Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate team for resolution.

Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to identify and prioritize product improvementsUpdate customer issue tracking systems and maintain accurate customer records.

Familiarize with the company's products, including their design, functionality, and use.Required Skills (Technical Competency) : Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Quality Engineering, or a related field.

1-3 years of experience in product support or a related field.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Experience using Microsoft Office products.1-3 years of Measurement and / or Visual Inspection experience.Experience with the collection and analyzing of non-conformance data to create Trend charts and reports.

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with mechanical and technical concepts.

Ability to work well in a team environment.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.Ability to work flexible hours, as needed.
