We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative with experience with collections. The ideal candidate will possess great strength in their communication skills, ability to prioritize, multi-task, and remain calm under pressure.

Compensation : $12 - $15 hourly

Responsibilities :
- Answer incoming calls from customers including product and service questions, and general information
- Accurate tracking of customer accounts and making updates with new account information as necessary
- Follow scripts when managing challenging customer issues and escalate to the appropriate party when needed
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding collections practices
- Scheduling and General administrative duties
- Utilize company software to maintain accurate property / tenant information
- Assist department with daily tasks including but not limited to data entry, faxing, and scanning
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or collections is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in using computers and related software
