Fourth Insurance is seeking a Full Time Licensed Commercial Lines Account Manager focused on small to medium business accounts to join our team in West Palm Beach .
Founded in 2015, we are a boutique independent insurance agency with a wide variety of clients, both domestic and international.

Responsibilities
- Obtain new business quotes, market renewals, and update existing policies.
- Educate, advise, and cross sell complementary products to clients.
- Answer client questions, resolve problems, and complete follow ups.
- Establish and maintain positive client relationships.
- Work with underwriters and brokers to develop comprehensive insurance programs for our clients.
Requirement
- Florida 2-20 Property & Casualty License Required.
- At least 2 years insurance customer service experience preferred.
- Strong computer and technical skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Agency Management software proficiency (EPIC preferred but not required).
- Professional communication skills.
- Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Organized with strong critical thinking skills.
